Who is this guy?

This is Taylor King. He’s a salesman. He’s your salesman. He’s sold around 200 homes and counting. Prior to getting his real estate license, Taylor worked as a sales manager in car dealerships for 17 years for brands like Toyota, BMW, and Hyundai. He trained and managed award winning teams of salespeople. He has negotiated thousands and thousands of deals over his career… he enjoys it. He’s good at it. Taylor hosts a podcast about sales and salespeople, and teaches a course on negotiation strategies to real estate agents. 

Taylor’s objective when working with real estate clients is to make it a great experience and to get you the best possible deal. He considers this to be his most valuable and important value proposition. 

He feels that if his client could have got the same deal without him, he didn’t do his job.

Taylor is a girl dad… a loving and devoted father to 2 amazing daughters. He loves to stay in shape, he enjoys cooking, reading, cars and motorcycles, and playing with his dog Ralf.
