This property is calling all Contractors and investors, offering excellent location and a large lot with easements on 2 sides and a desirable location. Located in Avondale within proximity of 2 High schools and the Bear Creek park system gives it great resale value once the rather large renovations are completed. Home is an older style bungalow with good sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on main level, access to large fenced, private lot with an accessible easement at the rear and also a side easement for distance from neighbors. The basement has had some development at one time however will require an overhaul. This home will suite the contractor with a vision and the ability to bring it back to its true potential, and will require substantial investment to renovate, however priced at a mark that leaves a great opportunity for equity
